I am a condo owner that was having several issues with my hot water heater and the recirculation pump and needed the problem resolved immediately. Because the condo management makes all repair/ construction companies provide proof of insurance, and do through the permit process, I was having a hard time getting a company to do the work. We call Quick fix services because of a toilet that was getting clogged weekly and all the plumbers we had come out to the house before could not figure out what was causing this recurring issue. Quick fix ran the camera and found that a trees roots in the front yard had penetrated the main sewer line and that's why the cloggs kept coming back. the quick fix team located where the pipe was damaged and made the proper repairs. we have not had any issue at all since! I would highly recommend.

When the plumbing tech showed up he was dressed in a nice clean polo shirt with the plumbers name identified on the shirt. He made sure that everything was explained to me prior to starting the work and only began once i understood and approved.
